Hewlett-Packard (HP) has introduced as many as six new laptops in India under its 'Go-to-Market' strategy. The notebooks that were launched for Indian consumers include three Pavilion DV series, HP Mini 110, ProBook and Compaq 610. HP Mini 110 notebook is powered by an Intel Atom (N270/280) processor paired with the Intel 945GSE chipset. The 10.1-inch Mini 110 comes with a 1GB DDR2 RAM and 160GB 5400RPM internal storage.
 
In addition to these, the laptop comes packed with Intel GMA 950 graphics along with Broadcom's Crystal HD Video accelerator. Some of the features incorporated in HP Mini 110 are WLAN (802.11 b/g), 5-in-1 memory card reader, three USB 2.0 portsa and VGA out port. With loads of HP software, HP Mini 110 notebook is available in Pink Chic, Black Swirl and White Swirl colors at price of Rs. 22, 990.
 
While launching the new rage of laptops in India, HP India President (Personal Systems Group) Ravi Swaminathan said that the company has maintained a clear leadership in Indian PC market. He added that HP is committed to deliver high-performing and superior-designed products to its consumers. Talking about the 'Go-to-Market' strategy, another HP official said that the company is planning to expand retail footprint across 650 cities and expand the retail partner network to over 10,000 by the end of 2009. 

The new range of HP notebook PCs will be offered to customers through HP’s wide network of exclusive HP stores, multi-brand outlets and large format retailers. The newly launched HP notebooks will be procured at the price range of Rs. 22,990 to Rs. 50,990.
