The HP Pavilion line is known to incorporate a wide-range of diverse models. With the launch of the HP MS200, they now have a budget representation in the all-in-one desktop PC line.
The MS200 integrates the CPU into the monitor thus occupying far less space than conventional tower desktop plus monitor models. It thus offers users with a slightly larger screen size than average notebooks without over-cluttering the desktop.
The computer is novel for also being the first budget model to feature full-wireless connectivity; yes, there are no wires connecting the input devices to the monitor/CPU combination. Of course, one still has to use wires when connecting USB devices to the computer. The computer has the same MediaSmart interface available on the HP TouchSmart PCs but must be accessed using the remote or the keyboard as opposed to touch via touch screen.
Being a Pavilion computer, it follows that the computer is marketed as a system capable of many functions. However, this time around, the computer is aimed as an Internet-fed entertainment PC built to offer better viewing experience than a nettop or even a notebook with large screen.
The MS300 will be available at a starting price of $599 or a little less than Rs. 30,000 on HPshopping.com
