Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) has acquired Rs 360-crore contract order from Lanco Infratech. Under the new contract, HCC will engage in the construction related work of Teesta Hydro Electro Power Project in Sikkim. Speaking to media, the company official informed the HCC will work on 16.5-km long tunnels in Sikkim. He also added that the construction is likely to be completed within forty five months. The infrastructure developer, HCC was also involved in Rs 303-crore construction work of Teesta Hydro Electro Power Project in April this year.
