The government of Himachal Pradesh has arranged a four-day trekking to Kullu, Shimla and Kangra districts, which is for adding more tourists to the state.
 
"The department of tourism is organising trekking expeditions in Kullu, Shimla and Kangra districts from Sep 15 for professionals, amateurs and students," Principal Secretary (Tourism) Manisha Nanda told.
 
She added that Manali-based Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports will be joining hands with the tourist department of the state to conduct the trekking.
 
The trekking routes are Manali-Solang-Buckerthach-Beas Kund in Kullu district, Khara Pathar-Giriganga-Kupu-Jubbal in Shimla district and Dharamsala-Triund-Indrahara Pass in Kangra district.
 
About 75,000 tourists, from Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Gujarat had visisted Himachal Pradesh during the last four months.
