Eying the prospective hotel business in Gurgaon, the Hans Hotels has decided to introduce a five-star hotel in the city. The setting up of Gurgaon hotel will be the first five-star property of Hans Hotels. Earlier it has set up two four-star hotels in New Delhi and Puri. Sources claimed that the company has invested Rs 100 crore for the current project. According to company official, the construction of Gurgaon hotel is supposed to complete by 2009. The five-star hotel of Gurgaon will be constructed keeping in mind the features of New Delhi and Puri-based luxury Hans hotels.
The company has earlier planned to go for five-star hotel in Gurgaon in 2007, but due to some technical problems, it could implement its plan. The newly planned five-star hotel in Gurgaon will be built over an area of 1.1 acre. The 120-room property will have every facility that a normal five-star hotel incorporates. There will conference room, a spa, a gym, an Indian restaurant, a coastal restaurant, a 24 hour coffee shop and an executive lounge within the Hotel campus. Besides these, there will be other facilities like mini bar, 24 hour money exchange service, safe deposit lockers etc which are also present in New Delhi and Puri hotels.
