Documentary filmmaker Madhureeta Anand seems to have given her imagination a free reign in the making of her forthcoming film 'Mere Khwabon Mein Jo Aaye'. The lady, instead of getting the sets designed through computer graphics as is the trend, has used hand-painted sets in Mere Khwabon Mein Jo Aaye.
Further on the debutant director has also used handcrafted props in the movie, which stars Raima Sen, Randeep Hooda and Arbaaz Khan in the lead. The story of Madhureeta Anand’s film is based on how to turn one’s dream into reality. 'The art work is completely intrinsic to the storytelling of this film. In every scene, the interiors and art work has been created to merge into the characters,' said Madhureeta Anand.
She is known for having made a number of award-winning documentaries for the BBC and the National Geographic channels. This is a completely new approach and the debutant director explains that such interiors have been created to correspond with the specific mood of characters in the movie.
