American singer Gwen Stefani, who owns a fashion line titled the L.A.M.B., has bagged a contract to design uniforms for the female staff for a prestigious hotel chain. The front-man of the rock-band Do Doubt pronounced recently that she is going to introduce an exclusive line of work-wear for W Hotels. Therefore, it will be from this autumn onwards that the female staff of the luxurious W Hotels chain will seen donning their new Gwen-Stefani designed uniforms bearing the LA.M.B. tag.
A media report says, 'Gwen's touch is instantly apparent: the black jersey dresses are combined with a fitted '80s silhouette and asymmetrical styling with '60s seam detailing and side vents.' The singer-turned-designer was aware that the uniforms she designs will have to be very smart-looking as well as functional for busy workers. Gwen Stefani said, 'I wanted to design a super cute dress that I would be excited to have in my own closet and approached it in the same way I think about my clothing for a tour. We've designed a sexy and comfortable outfit for these women to wear out on their own stage every night.'
