Google has released the 5th version of its Chrome browser for beta testers with faster speed and other feature additions. The Chrome browser has acquired a significant portion of market space within one and half years of its entry into the market.

Google Chrome was released for the users in October 2008. And since then, it has already a share of 5% in the highly competitive browser market.

Over the years, Google has added various new features and optimizations to the browser.

Google has claimed that the present Chrome Beta is 30% faster in speed than the previous versions. Some of the benchmarks have also reported a phenomenal 213% to 305% increase in speed in the browser.

The new Chrome boasts of features like browser preference sync, using which you can store your themes, bookmarks, history, and settings to your Google account. There is also native Adobe Flash support. So, it avoids a separate downloading for the same application.
