‘Golmaal 3’ is even a bigger hit than its previous parts; its initial weekend marked a soaring profit of Rs. 70 crore combined from India and overseas.

 

The movie triumphed at the box office; it is produced by Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd and distributed by Eros International, it has a gross collection of Rs 60 crore in India and Rs 10 crore from overseas, in all 70 crores. The movie opened to 2,000 plus screens in India and abroad.

 

Nandu Ahuja, senior vice president, distribution, Eros International, adds further, "Golmaal 3` opened at 80-90 percent occupancy across the country. Moreover, the long Diwali weekend helped draw in large footfalls in theatres.”

 

The movie has over shone its rival release ‘Action Replayy’ and it is one of the biggest hits after ‘Dabangg’. The comic movie stars Ajay Devgan, Kareena Kapoor, Mithun Chakraborty, Shreyas Talpade, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, , Kunal Khemu, Ratna Pathak, Jhonny Lever, Vrajesh Hirjee and Sanjay Mishra, Ashwini Kalsekar.
