In this world of instant communication, how we wish (at times) that we could get back the e-mail, SMS or chat we just sent. While stopping your SMS or chat is not a possibility right now, you can surely stop an e-mail, which you feel that you shouldn't have sent in the first place, but only if you are sending it from a Gmail account. Yes, you read that right. Gmail is now providing the option of undoing the mail recently sent, but within a period of 5 seconds.

The best part is that 'Undo Send' doesn't delete your mail altogether. Rather, it holds the message while the five-sec clock ticks down. For activating the service, all you have to do is log in to your account and 'enable' the GMail Labs tab in settings. The next time, you feel like deleting the mail you just sent, hit the undo button, rectify your mistake and send it again. But remember, the undo option is available only within 5 seconds of sending a mail.
