Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen, according to Forbes magazine, is the world's highest paid supermodel. The magazine reported that Bundchen has earned $35 million last year and her net worth is estimated at $150 million. Bundchen's earnings are more than double of her second place rival Heidi Kelum who earned $14 million last year.
Bundchen is also the sixteenth richest women in the entertainment industry. The Guinness Book of World Records has listed her as the world's richest supermodel. She has appeared on the covers of more than 500 magazines and is the face of 20 international brands. She began her modeling career in 1996 when she walked the ramp at the Fashion Week in the New York City.
Bundchen first appeared on the magazine cover of Vogue in 1999. She has also won the 1999 VH1/Vogue Model of the year and since then she has appeared in several magazines such as Harper's Bazaar, ELLE, Allure, Rolling Stone, Time, Vanity Fair, Forbes etc. She has also worked with several well known photographers such as Nick Knight, Steven Meisel, Mario Testino and Mario Sorrenti.
