FriendFeed which was taken over by Facebook is supposedly down. The site reports a “ 500 Internal Service error ”.
The company was acquired by Facebook for $47.5 M dollars in cash on August 10, 2009. The offices of FriendFeed are based in Mountain View, California , United States.
With the increase of social networking sites such as Twitter and Google Buzz. Many had left the service a while ago. But after this recent error the company probably might loose out its remaining loyal users too. The website has been a ghost town since its acquisition from Facebook and there has been not much activity.
