Freida Pinto Feels She Is Not Yet For Bond Role
After Freida Pinto’s international fame due to Oscar winning film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, her face has become a hot buzz in Hollywood and it is heard that she is chosen for the next Bond series.
But this talented actress in reaction to this report defied it with a light air that she is not mature enough for the tough role as a Bond girl because she is still young for it. It was very flattering, jovial Freida stated, “I have no idea where that came from, even my LA agents were curious. But this is a Bond thing, it happens with a lot of actresses, or with those in the news. It was very flattering, I must say, and I don’t know if I would have done it. I’m too young to be a Bond girl. There’s not much of a role, though some of them have become iconic, and you need somebody more mature and beautiful than me.”
After her overnight success in her first debut she has bagged two prestigious roles in international films. She will be starring in ‘Phaedra’ in Tarsem Singh’s USD hundred million Greek myth ‘War of The Gods’.
This noted actress misses her earlier normal life, down to earth Freida added, “At home, they treat me the same as before, my mother is always telling me not to leave my things lying around, and I roam about the house in pajamas. But I cannot go down and play 7 Tiles anymore with the other building kids...”
She felt quite nerved by Shah Rukh Khan’s presence, Freida recollects, “His is by far the most inspirational story of all, he’s graceful, charming, and so wonderful, the best representation that India can have internationally. And I don’t know yet if I was more excited or nervous to be standing next to Shah Rukh Khan.”
Well Freida has a bright future who at the young age has created such a huge impact internationally and still going on strong.
