Pop sensation Shakira who will be performing her latest song, ‘Waka,Waka’ at the FIFA World Cup in South Africa has launched a series of charity soccer shirts for the upcoming game event.
Shakira, 33 is promoting red and gold sportswear for her global education fund, the Barefoot Foundation with the UNICEF.
The singer will rock the Johannesburg at the opening ceremony of the World Cup on June 11. Her track ‘Waka Waka (Time for Africa)’ in collaboration with local band FreshlyGround has been chosen as the event's official anthem.
The grand opening ceremony will be broadcasted live from Johannesburg's Soweto Township Orlando Stadium.
