Academy award winner actor, Ben Affleck has become more responsible after becoming father to his two daughters - Violet Anne, 4, and Seraphina, 15 months.
 
The actor revealed that fatherhood changed his perception of life and also developed the sense of responsibility. The ‘Pearl Harbor’ star who is closely associated with ‘A-T Children's Project’ added that fatherhood motivated him to do charity work for underprivileged.
 
The 37-year-old spoke at a fundraising event aimed at helping homeless and at-risk children in the US and refugee children suffering from armed conflicts worldwide.
 
"I think most people are empathetic and see people who are struggling and are responsive to that, but for me having my own children definitely added to that sense of global responsibility and made me feel even more for other people's suffering."
 
"One I've been to Eastern Congo for a bit so I've seen firsthand a lot of what's going on there and what these folks are seeking to address and I've been personally moved by that," he added.
