A research carried out in Oregon, Hawaii and Colorado shows that fat women enjoy sex more than their slender counterparts. The research was carried out by Bliss Kaneshiro, a researcher at the University of Hawaii, and Nichole Carlson of the University of Colorado Denver. The study breaks the myth that a girl should have to be slender to have sex.

 

The research team studied a survey carried out in the year 2002 by National Survey of Family Growth on the Sexual Behavior of 7,000 women. Then, the survey had disclosed that among the women considered overweight or obese, 92% reported a history of sexual intercourse with a man. On the contrary, it was 87% in the case of slender women.

 

The study is not meant to show that fat women are lascivious; rather to stress the fact that doctors ordinarily do not suggest fat women to take precaution during sex as they feel fat women do not like sex. According to the researchers the proof of uncaring attitude of doctors is visible from the fact that in comparison to slender women more overweight women get pregnant for unsafe sex.
