Yes you heard it right! The highly popular pop band of India Euphoria led by Palash Sen will soon be performing in Pakistan and making the people there dance to its tunes. The Indian band’s musical show will be convened on two days – June 14 and June 15 at Karachi – and will be attended by the general public as well as the VIPs like President Pervez Musharraf and many others.

 

Palash Sen definitely is all upbeat about the prospect of performing in Pakistan. ‘We are performing on June 14 and 15 in Karachi,’ confirms Sen. He then informs that June 14, his band will be doing the finale for a popular music awards ceremony, whereas the very next day they will play for the general public. ‘We are the first-ever foreign band to perform in Pak.

 

This is nothing short of history, as they have resisted Indian bands for years, ‘gushes a euphoric Sen. Palash Sen further informs that it is since last two years that the music award organizers of Pakistan have been inviting them to perform, but there have been visa and other problems. This time round, however, it is the foreign ministry of Pakistan that has sent Euphoria an invitation and so their visas were issued in a day!
