A code sharing pact has been signed by American Airlines and Etihad Airways which will be an added advantage to the passengers from UAE.
The pact will be effective from this week. Eithad Airways will launch its first flight to Chicago on Sep 2.
This pact is also aimed at enhancing the global networks of both the air carriers. It also will provide an opportunity to improve the flights between Abu Dhabi and US cities like Washington, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Houston.
Etihad Airways currently has flights for New York in the US and Toronto in Canada.
