Plans for the promotion of ethnic cultures have been disclosed by Chinese officials on Thursday. According to them this is vital for paving the way for equitable development in the country.
This decision has been taken by the State Council for ensuring greater protection for different minority groups' cultures and said that these would be developed by 2020. The government will use different media to promote the task.
It will also provide more funds and policy support for literary and arts organisations as well as museums.
