ETA Star Ascon of The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has decided to develop hundreds of small airstrips and helipads in India. The real estate company has also set up Star Aviation in India, which operate chartered business jets. Hameed Salauddin of ETA Star Ascon said that in the fast growing Indian economy the demand for aviation facilities are increasing day by day. According to him, corporate India needs all these facilities to cope up with the tough competition of this generation.
The increase of airstrips and helipads is very essential in sub-continent as it will enable easy, viable and frequent travel for the business leaders. The development of these facilities will therefore expand the business opportunity of the region. According to Salauddin, the need for airstrips is not limited to major cities only, small urban communities of India are also in desperate need of good airport facilities.
As per Salauddin, the demand for good airport facilities has also increased because of the increase of private airlines in India. The real estate company planning to provide these facilities feels that the demand for airport facilities already exists in India. The company is just needed to put the systems and facilities in place, using the existing airport infrastructure. This will help them to save valuable time and energy.
