Emraan Hashmi Was Skeptical About ‘Dil To Bachcha..’
Emraan Hashmi, who was last seen in ‘Crook- It’s Good To Be Bad’ will be seen in ace director, Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Dil To Bachcha Hai Ji’, but he says that he was initially skeptical to do the movie, but later it turned out to be interesting.
Emraan reveals, “I was initially skeptical about the film. But Madhur (Bhandarkar) has brought in a certain amount of realism even in this genre and that made the film very interesting. So then I was keen.”
The movie is set to hit the screens on January 28 and Emraan’s role is of a flirt, who needs only two things in life, one is women and other is money. Other lead actors in the movie are Ajay Devgan and Omi Vaidya and Shruti Hasan stars in the lead actress role.
Emraan reveals about his character in the movie, “The character that I play in this film is not very different from my previous roles but the genre is different. Generally I have played intense, brooding characters, but in this film my character has grey shades with a humorous streak.”
The tag-line of the movie is ‘Men Never Grow’ and Emraan says that the lines holds very true for men, and they always remain immature whereas, women have a better sense of maturity.
