After winning over the TV audiences with her K-Serials such as Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Kkusum and Kasamh Se, Ekta Kapoor is now all geared up to dominate the TV industry too.

With almost 12 television soaps in her kitty and some in the pipeline, industry insiders state that launching a TV channel was the most apposite next step forward. Launching her channel will be the biggest and the most expensive step that Ekta Kapoor has taken so far. One hears that some of the most prominent names in the film industry will be associated with Ekta’s TV channel.

At the moment, the Kapoor girl is riding high on the success of her latest TV serial, Kahani Humare Mahabharat Ki. Sources inform that it is only Mahabharat that Ekta has been living, eating and sleeping for the past eight months. ‘Yes, we've started work on it. The channel has been my biggest dream. I'm excited and hoping that we'll come up with some really good work,’ said Ekta Kapoor about her TV channel venture.
