The queen of the home medium – Television, Ekta Kapoor is now set to come in front of the camera as she will be doing a cameo in the film C-Company. It was Ekta’s brother Tusshar Kapoor who finally convinced her to do a cameo in the film, in which even Tusshar is playing a major role. The film is being made by Ekta’s home production company. Tusshar remarked that his sister could not say no to him as the role was tailor made for her only. In the film she will play Ekta Kapoor, so who could possibly play the role then herself.
The cameo will mark Ekta’s acting debut. The television czarina revealed that she has given some of her time for shooting in this week. She added that how could she say no to her brother and moreover it’s a small role. However, Ekta is nervous about the fact that she shares the 70mm screen space with none other than Mithun Chakraborty.
Tushar Kapoor, divulging details about the film, stated that it is a rib tickling satire on the underworld featuring Anupam Kher, Rajpal Yadav and him. Mithun Chakraborty in the film plays the role of an underworld don.
