Eesha Koppikhar Happy With Her Marital Status
Khallas girl’ Eesha Koppikhar is happy with her marital status and rubbishes the rumours that claim she compromised her career for marriage. The Bollywood diva whose latest release ‘Hello Darling’ hit screens this Friday in an interview disclosed that industry was not bighearted to married actresses but she has not compromised her career for a family life.
Eesha who is enjoying marital bliss with husband Timmy Narang has also adapted her husband’s surname. Eesha Narang says, "Even though career is important, a woman has to go with the flow when it comes to her personal life. It isn't as if I compromised by getting married.”
Eesha jumped into showbiz at an early age of 18, she started with a modeling career followed by entry into Bollywood.
Explaining her decision to be correct, the bold and beautiful Esha says,"30 is the right age for the woman of today to get married and after that she has to worry about kids as well. You want to be growing up with your kids after all.”
“Till a few years ago my priority was work, now my family comes first," exclaims Eesha who rose to popularity with ‘Khallas ‘ item number in RGV’s flick ‘Company'.
Asked on how switching over from singlehood status affected her career, a reluctant Eesha exclaims, “If there is an effect ever, it is more in the minds of the director and the producer than anyone else. Actresses never get good roles after their marriage and they end up doing whatever is offered and hence it does impair their career.”
About her future plans the actress says, “There is no way that I will not want to do anything after the kid. So I need to plan. It will be some lifestyle related business that I am planning to start."
