Drew Barrymore who has two failed marriages reveals that she is unable to understand the concept of marriage and has vowed that she will never walk the aisle on-screen.
"I need rom-coms at the end of a bad day, a nice happy ending and a fairytale. On the other hand, I like movies that are very grounded in reality but still maintain their comedy. I`m not at a place in my life where I want to play a character who says, `I just have to get married," said the actress.
Barrymore, 35 who is believed to be dating on-off boyfriend Justin Long admits that she fails to understand the flicks which revolves around the story of a fairy tale wedding.
"I swear to God, with some of these romantic comedies, these women are being shot with steroids, and I feel like they`ll eat the husband alive on their wedding day. It just terrifies me," said Barrymore.
Meanwhile, the beauty will soon be seen in her upcoming flick, `Going The Distance` with beau Justin Long. The movie deals with the subject of long distance relationship and revolves around a couple who try to maintain their romance, while one living in New York City, New York and the other in San Francisco, California.
"This movie asks the question, `How do you keep the job and the guy? That is a question I`m interested in discussing, not like, `I`m going to rip your hair out because you stole my wedding dress`. I don`t care about that," said the actress.
