Hollywood icon Demi Moore has reportedly opted for out-of-court settlement with the Australian publication. The beauty sued the publication for printing series of her photos without the permission.

Pacific Magazines faced legal trouble after Moore sued it for printing her 2008 Oscar’s party pictures in their publication New Idea. In the series of black and white photographs published the beauty was seen along with her daughter Rumer Willis, Orlando Bloom, P Diddy, Cameron Diaz and Amanda De Cadenet.

John Middleton, the Federal Court judge quoted,  'From the media interest, it appears there will be a large number of disappointed fans (now) that Ms. Moore will not be attending tomorrow to give evidence.”

Meanwhile, the lawyer for Moore said, "I am pleased to say that the matter has settled in principle."

However, the amount of the settlement has not yet been disclosed.
