Computer manufacturer, Dell Inc. will soon be expanding its laptop range by launching its new Studio Line. The laptops comprising the Studio range will come in bright colors with a sleek and attractive design. Michael Tatelman, vice president of Dell, consumer sales and marketing worldwide, underscored that the Studio laptops are high on aesthetics, but do not comprise on performance. Infact he said that the Studio laptops were manufactured after garnering comments and suggestions from millions through the dell.com, Ideastorm and community forums.

 

Dell’s new Studio laptop range will offer Studio 15 and Studio 17, two distinctive and appositely named 15.4 and 17-inch computers notebooks. These will present an array of personalization features like 2.0 mega pixel Web camera, slot load drives, capacitive touch media controls, built-in mobile broadband connectivity and optional mercury-free LED displays. As far as general and expansion-friendly specifications is in question, Dell’s Studio range will offer a choice of Intel Core 2 Duo processors, Windows Vista, up to 320GB of HDD storage and 15.4 and 17-inch LCD display screens.

 

These laptops will also feature Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and optional Blu-ray Disc drive among other features. Those interested can choose from an array of hues on offer in the Studio range such as Plum Purple, Tangerine Orange, Flamingo Pink, Midnight Blue, Ruby Red, Spring Green, standard Jet Black and so on. The prices of the 15.4-inch and 17-inch Studio laptops are pegged at $799 USD and $999 USD respectively.
