The capital of India has got its first apartment hotel in a mall under the brand name Svelte-Saket. The apartment hotel is likely to offer the luxury and comfort of home with incredible professional hospitality. The hotel at the Select Citywalk Mall in Saket has been opened by city-based Tristar Hotels Pvt Limited. In order to fulfill the plan, Tristar has entered in to joint venture with Sterling Resorts’ Preferred Group of Hotels.
Svelte-Saket is likely to charge Rs.14, 000 to Rs.30, 000 for one night stay in the hotel. According to the CEO of Svelte, George Abraham, the new apartment hotel is focused on international customers. The new hotel has all the arrangements for organizing conferences, meetings and exhibitions, informed Abraham. The high profile international clients stay in hotels for a very long period of time. This will enable Svelte-Saket to do profitable business.
The new hotel consists of executive and royal suites with well furnished kitchens, dresser, drawing-cum-dining room, bedrooms etc. There is also the facility of roof-top swimming pool in the hotel. Talking about the future plans, the CEO informed that same kind of hotels will be installed in cities like Kolkata, Pune and Chandigarh.
