Here in this film ‘Karthik Calling Karthik’, the sexy siren of Bollywood Deepika Padukone sports a new trendy look in which she appears sensuously beautiful in her short tresses. The mischevious actress revealed that she took it sportingly to cut off her tresses in order to see the director of her film Vijay Lalwani go half bald who had resolved to do so if she let go off her long lock.

Eventually, things didn’t happen in either ways to Deepika’s dismay Vijay didn’t keep his word after she had cut down her beautiful lock.

In this psychological thriller ‘Karthik Calling Karthik’, Deepika has sported a younger look with trimmed short hair cut and it was not easy to get off her long tresses. However, it was not initially easy for Deepika as she was bit nervous to let go off her beautiful property.

 

The director Vijay Lalwani decided to go half bald if she shortens her tresses but he didn’t keep his words to Deepika’s dismay, she revealed,  "Vijay (director Vijay Lalwani) had said that he will get half bald if I agree to cut my hair for the film. I did it, but he did not keep his word. I was nervous about letting go of my hair. I have always had long hair and I think hair is the most sensual part of a woman. But then we did lot of look tests and tried on short wigs. Farhan's wife Adhuna sat me down and convinced me. She said it will look good. So then I agreed.”

 

Even though if Vijay did not keep his word but Deepika you are not in a loss as your new look is much in vogue.
