When in Bollywood industry it is very difficult to maintain calmness with rumors of link ups, Deepika Padukone on the other hand seems to remain very much poised not letting it to get to her head.

 

After the much buzz of her break-up with Ranbir Kapoor, she seems to keep calm with her busy schedules without throwing her tantrums on the rumors of her link ups.

 

The sexy tall lass seems to be busy concentrating on her upcoming movie ‘Karthik Calling Karthik’ opposite Farhan Akhtar.

 

In reaction to the rumors, Deepika states, “I am here in the film industry to do good work. At the end of the day, people should remember me for my work and not link ups or some random stories. I am working hard and doing my work honestly. My performance is being appreciated.”

 

Her chemistry with Farhan is much in hype and has come to people’s notice after the promo of ‘Karthik Calling Karthik.’ Well to this Deepika retorted that certain people has different angle of perception, you can either be a hit or a miss depending on over all audience perception.

 

This chemistry was not known to them while working together but only after the promo it came to notice. For her the script plays a pivotal role in creating chemistry or bringing the chemistry of a odd pair in fair well manner.

 

‘Karthik Calling Karthik’ is about a romantic thriller about Karthik's journey, when his life changes after receiving a call from another person whose name is also Karthik.

 

Deepika plays the role of an independent Bengali girl, born and brought up in Mumbai, who is of a contemporary outlook. She reflects as an outspoken person who is sentimental, emotional and loveable.

 

‘Karthik Calling Karthik’ is slated to release by the end of this month on February 26.
