Darsheel Safary, who won many hearts with his award winning performance in Taare Zameen Par will soon be making his ad debut with Horlicks. He will also be the brand ambassador of the health drink. The tagline of the ad is 'Drink Horlicks and be cool'.

 

The ad features Darsheel in a funky look who tries to impress girls. Darsheel sounded very excited with his new project and said that he liked the chocolate flavor of Horlicks the most.

 

The General Manager of GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Summet Saluja is very confident of the brand value Darsheel Safari is going to impart to the product. However, Saluja refused to quote the price Darsheel has charged for the ad. Darsheel Safary played the role of a child suffering from Dyslexia, in Aamir Khan's directorial debut Taare Zameen Par. The movie won many accolades and Darsheel won the Best Actor Critics Award in the Filmfare Awards 2008.
