Australian singer Dannii Minogue who is expecting her first child with beau Kris Smith will return to reality show, ‘X-Factor’ this year.
The 38-year-old's future on the show was uncertain and news was pouring in that she will not be part of reality show anymore. But, the sources have revealed that she will return to the show alongside Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Cheryl Cole when it comes back for another series.
The source quoted, "Dannii will definitely be back and has not been axed. There has been a lot of speculation but we want her back. She really blossomed last year.”
Another source also added, "Dannii gave an absolutely blinding performance in The X-Factor last year - the whole nation was captivated by her. She has a poise and a confidence and is completely compelling."
Dannii met producer Richard Holloway to talk about returning to the ITV show later this year. But she will see her previous deal trimmed by up to 300,000 pounds after being unable to commit to the live auditions due to her pregnancy.
"This meeting is the first step to getting Dannii back on the show. If a solution can be worked out she will be here again at the live stages. We are very keen for her to come back, so at this stage, it doesn't look like her pregnancy is going to present any problems we can't work around,” the source informed.
