CPI-M (Communist Party of India-Marxist) leader has died due to heart-attack at the age of 72. He was heading Kerala Control Commission too besides other political works.
 
The veteran leader was a member of CPI-M’s state committee. Fighting election for his political party he won Kunnamangalam constituency in Kozhikode district thrice in the Kerala assembly.
