Cowon's newest Personal Media Player (PMP), the stylish S9, first seen at the IFA in Berlin has finally made its Indian debut. Cowon S9 MP3 player offers an amazing 3.3-inch AMOLED capacitive touch panel display capable of delivering up to 16 million colors on 480 x 272 pixels resolution.

 

In addition to this, it has also got support for T-DMB digital television tuner, Bluetooth, FM radio, text/photo viewer, electronic dictionary function, TV-out, and G-Sensor accelerometer.

 

The battery is impressive with providing support up to 55 hours of music playback, 11 hours of video playback, and up to 350 hours of standby time. Also support for user interface of touchscreen, gravity sensor, zoom in/out flash menu and video clip preview function makes this a marvelous player.

 

Cowon S9 is available in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB storage space while the DMB model will be released next year. The Korean PMP could be a serous alternative for wannabe iPod users out there. The price has not been announced yet.
