Churchill Brothers established a 1-0 win over Sporting Clube de Goa in the quarterfinal league match played on Tuesday.The I-League champions remained in contention for qualifying for the semi-finals of Durand Cup with the win.
Odafe Okolie scored the winning goal for Churchill just eight minutes before the final whistle. Churchill, last year's runners-up, now need only a draw against Assam Rifles to make the last four.
