The fully owned subsidiary of General Motors Corporation of
Karl Slym, the MD of General Motors India, said, 'It has been upgraded inside and out based on the feedback of the customers.' He highlighted that the new Chevrolet Tavera Neo 2 is amongst the most fuel efficient of cars in its segment, offering smooth driving experience with sufficient passenger accommodation. Compared to its older version, the new Tavera costs Rs two lakh more.
The Chevrolet Tavera Neo 2, at 33 paise per km, requires a low maintenance cost and runs an average of 14.3-20.1 km per litre. Among the new features added is the eye-catching three spoked steering wheel. Until now the GM India had been selling about 1,800 units of Tavera every month.
