Cybernet SlashSupport (CSS), an offshore technology operations management based in Chennai, has declared that it has clinched a multi-million dollar support services contract from Alcatel-Lucent. The Alcatel-Lucent, incorporated in France, is amongst the world's biggest industry players in telecommunications that provides hardware, software and services to Service Providers, Enterprises and Industry & Public Sector customers all over the globe. 

The Chennai-based company further informed that they have been asked to provide technical support in French, German and Spanish to the European customers of Alcatel-Lucent from its facility in Wroclaw, Poland under this deal. It was only in February this year that the CSS started up its Polish facility on which it has invested around three million dollars.
