The DoT is also planning to provide free bus service to places of interest in Chandigarh to the pre-paid card holders. The prepaid card would be launched in order to facilitate the tourists who come to visit Chandigarh. According to Vivek Atray, the Director of DoT, Chandigarh, the launching of such prepaid cards for the tourists on World Tourism Day will definitely help the promotion of tourism in the city.
