Amongst Hollywood's 10 top-earning actresses Cameron Diaz has topped the list. Interestingly, the total sum of earnings of top ten actresses is 244.5 million dollars which they earned between June 1, 2007 and June 1, 2008. Cameron Diaz on the other hand earned some 50 million dollars in same duration of the time. British beauty Keira Knightley came second and earned 32 million dollars.

 

However, more interestingly, actresses are no where in Hollywood in comparison to actors in terms of earning big bucks; at least a recent survey published by Forbes showed this. The survey showed that Will Smith was the top earner with 80 million dollars. Similarly, Johnny Depp earned 72 million dollars and Eddie Murphy could fetch 55 million dollars.

 

Diaz earned her money mainly from the movies Shrek, What Happens in Vegas, My Sister's Keeper. Earnings of other actresses like Jennifer Aniston was 27 million dollars, Reese Witherspoon and Gwyneth Paltrow earned 25 million dollars each. Other actresses in the list are Jodie Foster, Sarah Jessica Parker, Meryl Streep, Amy Adams and Angelina Jolie.
