Cameron Diaz who is not only known for her stunning looks but also for perfect figure claimed that she follows rigorous exercise routine to stay healthy and not to keep her structure skinny.
 
The Hollywood actress also added that people tend to think that she exercises because she wants to look slim and sexy but the beauty has different opinion on the matter.  
 
"Exercise for me is like eating, sleeping, and breathing. I'm consistent and when I'm not consistent, it shows up on my body. I get really skinny and I know it might sound like, 'Well, good for you.'
 
She added, "But the body that people talk about is not me trying to stay slim, it's the one where I work hard to keep weight on me. Your body definitely does change.”
