The key index of Indian equities markets were trading unstable on Thursday even as BSE pulled back into the green to trade 66 points above its last closing figure.

At 2.36 p.m., the 30-scrip benchmark index of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the Sensex, which opened at 13,796.19 points, was ruling 66.12 points or 0.48% up at 13,835.27 points.

Around the same time, the Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) was also ruling 0.58% higher at 4,102.55 points.

Broader market indices were also trading in the green, with the BSE midcap index up 1.13% and the BSE smallcap index trading 0.44% higher.
