YouTube has featured the videos of cookery show that shows the process of cooking several Indian dishes. The cooking videos are launched by Shaan Khan of the Rajput Indian restaurant in Harrogate in North Yorkshire. Altogether there are 11 videos that allows viewers to have a look at the process of making Indian dishes.
For instance, one can learn how to make Goan prawn curry, Bombay potatoes, bhindi curry, chicken jalfrezi, kadhai fish, chana curry and so on. The YouTube videos feature Shaan Khan cooking and demonstrating the way of cooking several Indian dishes. Shaan is said to be very fond of cooking, as he has been in this business since the age of 14.
The chef says that many a times people have asked him to give cookery demonstration and so he used YouTube as a medium to reach to his audience. The Rajput Indian restaurant in North Yorkshire is famous for home-made Indian cuisines. The restaurant also appeared at the Channel 4 Taste Festival along with other restaurants of Harrogate. This new initiative by Shaan will definitely promote the different recipes of India.
