According to sources, the famous Hollywood couple, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, are in the process of renovating a French chateau into the dream home of the couple and their six children. The sources also added that about 45 million pounds have been spent by the couple for the same.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have procured 17th-century Chateau Miraval for about the £35 million. This winery is situated on a 1,000-acre estate in Provence. According to reports, about the £10 million more will be spent by the Hollwyood couple for converting the estate into the "love nest of all love nests”.
The sources also added that the couple plan to go for a complete renovation for all the 35 bedrooms so that the transformed look will have a "contemporary feel". They will be adding jacuzzis, steam rooms and a spa along with a new gym, an expanded wine cellar. The reports also say that the couple even plan to add a motorbike track for Brad Pitt.
There are plans to modify the helicopter landing facilities, so that their to and flight with the children becomes easier.
"We're trying to spend more time in the South of France, because our kids have a more normal life there”, says Brad Pitt.
He added that he is having a tough time in learning French.
The couple will give a new touch the security of the home by including a surveillance centre, spy cameras, alarms, and infra-red sensors.
The chateau has a vineyard, swimming pool, moat, lake and forest, and a three-mile long driveway up to the main house.
