Verizon Wireless, the maker of BlackBerry phones has announced that it will sell BlackBerry Storm at $200 from November 21 onwards. Under the collaborative agreement after a $50 rebate for customers who sign a new two-year service contract BlackBerry Storm would cost $200.
BlackBerry devices are a big hit with business users who e-mail on the go. Touch screen phones recently have been a rave. Particularly, after the launch of the iPhone in mid-2007 has made other phone makers to develop such phones. And, in line with Apple, Nokia, HTC, LG Electronics and Samsung all have developed their genre of touch screen mobile handsets.
BlackBerry Storm is a full Touchscreen phone and has a crystal clear TFT sizing 3.3 inches. 65K colors at a resolution of 360 X 480 pixels make it a cool handset with QWERTY keypad on the touch panel. Its Quad Band GSM support & tri band 3G support connects it while roaming world over. Interestingly, Vodafone on October 31 had announced that it would give the Storm free to UK customers who sign a contract.
