In order to maintain the tag of a techno-savvy political outfit, the The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has planned to come out with e-posters for campaigning in the next year's general election. According to the member of the party's central election committee, M Venkaiah Naidu, the party has taken this decision as it finds technology as a crucial part of day-to-day life. The posters will be seen on all the prominent websites and news sites. This will help BJP to reach about 30 million who work on internet these days.
BJP vice president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that the party is in talks with several media houses, television channels and other popular websites for accomplishing the proposed task. He further stated that the posters will be designed in such a way that it cater to the needs of the people of all age groups and classes. The BJP e-posters will target the educated voters of India. Although this might be a disadvantage for the party, but it will fulfill the deficiency through hard copy of the posters.
