Bangalore Bio, India's biggest biotech show starts in Bangalore on Thursday (April, 24). The event will go on for the next couple of days and comprises of events like International Conference, Trade Show (Biotech Expo), RICH (Research Industry Collaboration Hub) and Networking Dinners & B2B Forum.
It is to be noted that the biotechnology industry in India is growing at a fast pace and today it comprises of more than 325 companies generating revenues of more than US$2 billion. Bangalore Bio 2008 will focus on Global Partnership and it provides a platform for people from various sectors such as education, pharmaceutical, finance etc to interact and display their products.
The major events which will take place in Bangalore Bio 2008 are International Conference on Biotechnology, Technical Sessions, International Trade Show (Biotech Expo), Poster Session, Bio Excellence Awards, Bio Partnering, CEO Conclave, Agri Biotech day and B2B Meetings.
