India’s major automaker Bajaj Auto Ltd has launched the new 220cc Avenger DTS-I for Rs 69,000/-.
The new Avenger comes with a larger capacity engine and greater performance statistics. For instance, the bike has 19.03 Ps and torque of 17.5 Nm. It has also other improvements such as a DC circuit for a constant light beam, dual density seating, battery charge level indicator and maintenance free battery.
Speaking on the occasion of the launch, S.Sridhar, President (Motorcycle Business) Bajaj Auto, said, "I am very pleased to showcase the 220cc Avenger DTS-i. The journey that our R&D team started few years ago continues its forward march and today we have further enhanced the pleasure of riding a genuine cruiser bike. It is a tribute to bikers who appreciate a technologically superior and stylish product and a ride experience different from any other."

Yes while they ‘Felt like God’ while riding the Avenger, yet they preferred more power.
