He hoped that R2E would prove to be innovative notebook and will achieve a fine balance between being feature rich and compact at the same time. He believed that innovative ASUS R2E will facilitate Indian notebook users a unique solution to their ever increasing on-the-go computing needs. ASUS R2E has a built-in Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, anther attractive feature.

 

The R2E has everything, ranging from TV to SunRead glare-proof to 7 inch LCD. Other noteworthy features of R2E are touch panel, digital writing pad, and a built-in GPS. Built-in GPS offers turn-by-turn navigation. Also, R2E has InfoPen input option where users can record or to edit effigies or text files as they would do on the paper. Features such as AuthenTec, fingerprint scanner with TruePrint technology, Genuine Windows Vista Premium are major attractions. Also, Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g, CPU: Intel Stealey A110 (800MHz) are other features in R2E.
