Acer has joined hands with Tata Teleservices to offer the Aspire One D260 netbook embedded with Tata’s Photon Plus Module.
With this, the Aspire One D260 netbook would come with internet features instilled in it. Users will only have to activate the Tata Photon Plus in their netbooks to avail the services.
The netbook with Tata Photon Plus will be available only in the initial phase of launch in Delhi and Mumbai, the company said. Apsire One D260 comes priced at Rs 17,999.
Aspire One D260 will run on Windows 7 Starter edition. The netbook is equipped with a 1.3 megapixel camera for video chat, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, three USB ports and six-cell battery extending the battery life of up to eight hours.
