Apple’s iPad & iPad 2 To Get iMovie & GarageBand
Apple is readying new editions of iMovie and GarageBand for its iPad and iPad 2 devices, the company said during the iPad 2 launch event.
Steve Jobs pointed that the company is making the iMovie and GarageBand besides others. This is really good news for Apple’s iPad users and also for prospective iPad 2 users.
The new iMovie for iPad will have various features including multi-track audio recording, AirPlay to Apple TV, editing tools and added themes. The iMovie will also allow users to transfer videos to HD and sharing via YouTube or Facebook is also made easier now. Besides, there are 50 sound effects available.
Another software application GarageBand, which was developed for Mac OSX, lets users to create music and podcasts.
Both iMovie and GarageBand would be available at $4.99 starting this 11 March.
